The deburring machine can be either a roller sand wheel type or a belt type deburring machine. The main characteristics of the latter are: fast rotation speed, up to 10-35m/min, easy and fast replacement of sand belts, and the ability to adapt to various shapes and thicknesses

The degree of lamination. The quality of deburring with sanding tape is better than that of roller grinding wheel. Sandbelts are applied to rubber belts with spiral grooves that rotate at high speeds

Above, the groove can prevent the sand belt from being contaminated. The pressure of the sand belt is controlled by compressed air, maintaining a constant pressure. When the sand belt is damaged or other malfunctions occur, it automatically stops.
